Responsibility:



1.Support Technical & Quality General Manager to deliver technical trainings:

- Prepare training materials .PPT

- Coordinate with all participants(internal with service engineers or external customers)

- Organize training logistics issues(training room booking, preparations)

- Onsite training coordination

- Support on training feedback and follow up if any.

- Manage the training center



2.Assist Technical & Quality General Manager for daily work

- Check/reply mails for Technical & Quality General Manager

- Assist on handling quality failure claims from customers

- Translate mails/documents between Chinese and English

- Coordinate with local engineers for technical supporting and working follow up

- Organize technical filing of documents & reports

- Assist on Technical & Quality reporting (FR, WCO, etc.)

- Assist to coordinate with installation company for technical qualification, audit, approval by following company policy and procedure

- Assist on composing the technical proposal under GM's guidance for repair, overhaul, retrofit, etc. and follow up

- Assist on tracking spare part loan to Key Accounts or Key Cases

- Prepare and release the technical notice or service bulletin to all service engineers under Technical & Quality General Manager instruction

- Other tasks assigned by manager



Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or above

2. 3-5 years of related experience in HVAC service company in Technical or After Service function

3.Proficiency of English

4.Proficiency in IT skills, including word/excel/outlook, especially PPT.

5.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ability, good team player.

6.Be pro-active and initiative

7.Patient and customer oriented

8.Can work under pressure
