This position isconcerned with all supplies and the maintenance.
此职位负责所有采购的用品的供应和维护。
This position just for trainee,intership for 6~12 months
此职位只提供给应届毕业生，实习期6~12个月

JOB RESPONSIBILITY岗位职责：

To place all orders in accordance with the purchase request / purchase orders / market list and the approved prices. where appropriate

根据采购申请单/采购定单/市场采购单和批准的价格处理所有的定单.

To obtain quotation for all food and beverage, general supplies and other items.

获取所有食品和酒水,普通物品和其他物品的报价..

To ensure all the orders are handled as per established procedures.

确保所有定单按照建立好的程序处理.

Assist the Accounts Payable in researching any discrepancies on invoices.

协助应付帐款处理发票差异.

Assist the Receiving Clerk to check the products quality being received

协助收货文员检查收取物品的质量.

Job Requirements 岗位要求：

Must possess basic computational ability.

基本掌握计算机技能。

Knowledge of supplies.

了解采购物品的知识。

Mature and reliable person.
