JD- National Sales Manager

Sales Organization Management
1) Develop and manage the sakes organization in China
a) Manage the regional offices in North, East, South, and West regions in terms of people and overall sales operations, covering all aspects of retail, KA, e-commerce.
b) Following the company’s overall business strategies, propose and execute sales initiatives to achieve the sales target (sell-in, sell-out, A/R, sales forecast accuracy, and inventory T/O) in each of the regions.
c) Collaborate with the HR team for sales team’s training and development programs to improve the entire sales team’s productivity
d) Collaborate with the finance team for daily operations including order placement, invoice, logistics and A/R management
e) Collaborate with marketing team for VM & POSM management, in-store promotions and promoter training programs
f) Collaborate with service team for distributor and channel customer service

2) Upgrade the sales operations management in terms of the following aspects
a. Market visit frequency & responsibilities
b. Retail counter set-up and promoter recruitment
c. Promoter salary and incentive scheme monitoring and review
d. Retail store performance auditing
e. Product roll-out & phase-out at retail counters
f. Inventory safety level check
g. Sales forecasting and order processing
h. Account reconciliation & A/R collection with the local distributors
i. Logistics & service follow-up

Distributor Network Development & Management
1) Develop and optimize the local distributor network from the following perspectives to accelerate the balanced sales growth in all regions
a. Capability mapping in terms of business portfolio, team resources channel network & POS, sales and growth record, inventory and cash flow management, and logistics efficiency

2) Manage the local distributor network in the following areas to improve the output of each of the distributors
a. Product mix
b. Pricing system
c. Rebate and incentive scheme
d. In-store promoter training and management
e. Sales planning and inventory monitoring
f. Order processing flow
g. Service follow-up

Channel Development and Management
1) Leading and working with sales team via training and cooperation to achieve the online sales target, be responsible for key strategic online channel business development.

2) Following the company’s KA variablized model strategies to develop the sales throughout KA stores
a. Collaborate with internal team including finance controller, KA managers, and marketing director to develop the product offerings, pricing, order placement, logistics, A/R reconciliation, and sales driving programs for Gome and Suning
b. Negotiate with the KA business partners to formulate the city coverage and store development plan; to confirm the product mix, price point, special discount for exclusive models, and sales promotions
c. Work closely with the KA financial and operations team in terms of account reconciliation and A/R management to minimize the deviation and ensure good cash flow

3) Following the company’s overall direction, develop and implement well balanced channels strategies to aggressively grow the retail sales at profit
a. department store
i. Develop and retain highly capable local distributors to build up
eyes-catching show windows in core cities and prioritized secondary
cities to generate sales of Elux mid-to-high end products
b. KA channel
i. Capitalize on KA’s network to build critical mass for Elux SDA China
 business and increase consumer touch points for wider brand
awareness
c. Super market
i. Leverage phased-out models (or tailored price competitive models)
to generate the sales and gain Elux market share in the mass
merchants
