Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will solve quality issues with an engineering level and make improvements action plan to support production within a certain time frame while delivering the best possible service quality.

If you Are :
- with bachelor degree or higher in Sciences, machinery, material Science(non-metal) or related subjects background.
- an engineering expertise with Fluent command of English and with more than 5 year experience in automotive (OEM or tire 1)manufacturing industry.
-possess a charming personality, excellent leadership and problem solving skill
- an enthusiastic & Passionate team player being able to work under pressure and work in Flexible hours (work overtime if necessary).

Then we’d like to collect you as one of Magna team members, and be an important role of:
-Product quality management;
-Process quality audit;
-Provide and update the training for quality inspector;
-Tracking and fixing SOP products quality performance;
-Quality issue organization and fixing on both incoming inspection and quality control on site;
-New project quality issue handling and 8D report following;
-Customer special information maintenance, such as quality information upload and download; Quality issue communication with customer and customer quality handling on site;
-Monthly PPM statistic and quality tooling utilization internally for quality, continuously improvement;
-Checking fixture utilization and inspection instruction guide internally;
-APQP, PPAP document handling;
-Offer expertise when new requests are presented.;

作为质量主管的直接下属，你将主要负责在工程技术层面解决产品质量问题，及时提供进一步完善产品质量的解决方案，以最好的工作质量，服务客户。

如果你认为自己：
- 具有工程学士及以上学位，理工科学、机械、材料工程（非金属材料）类相关专业的知识背景；
- 熟练驾驭英语，有五年以上汽车制造行业（整车生产商、一级零部件供应商）工作经验的汽车质量工程专家；
-具有一定的人格魅力和优秀的领导力，问题解决能力；
-富有激情、工作热忱，具有较强的抗压能力，能够适应灵活工作时间（必要情况下需要加班）的团队协作主义者；

我们希望邀请你担任如下重要职责，同我们并肩发展：
- 产品质量的管理；
-生产过程的质量审核；
-提供并定期更新对质量检验员的培训；
-跟踪并解决批量生产后的产品质量问题；
- 在供应商来料及过程质量控制双向组织协调并解决质量问题；
-新项目的质量管控和8D跟进；
-维护例如“产品质量报告上传和下载等来自于客户”等特殊信息，就此类信息与客户沟通解决问题，如必要需到客户现场提供支持和解决；
-月度PPM数据分析，持续在内部改进质量分析工具；
-监督工装夹具检具的改善，指导内部质量检验方针；
-APQP PPAP 文件管理；
-需要时，为客户和公司内部提供专业意见。
