职位描述：
1. GSM/GPRS/GPS 追踪器产品技术支持 .
2. 回答客户提出的软硬件技术问题，协助客户解决问题.
3. 收集分析客户应用需求.
任职资格：
1、电子工程、计算机、自动控制、机械电子、通讯等相关专业本科以上；
2、希望从事与客户沟通的工作；
3、英语CET-6以上水平，能听说读写；
4、对技术问题有一定的独立分析和解决能力，具有研发经验的优先考虑；
5. 在工作上能独挡一面，能够承受客户刁难压力，善于沟通，有团队合作精神，有强的责任心，易与人相处；
6. 能够配合客户工作时间，提供在线支持；

7、需要有良好的英语沟通能力。

8、有海外工作或留学经验者优先。

具备以下条件之一者优先：
1、有手机、无线模块开发、测试或无线模块应用技术支持经验者优先；
2、 熟悉AT指令,有GPS，Motion Sensor、Mcu等各种器件的应用技术支持经验者优先；
3、了解GSM/GPRS，熟悉基于TCP/IP、SMS的无线通讯开发优先；
4、有第二外语能力者优先
