岗位职责：
1 接转电话，收发传真及信件，接待来访客人；
2 票务预订，订水，订餐及其他内务。
3 文档资料整理存放，通知发放；
4 协助完成办公资产、办公用品与办公设备的采购、维护和管理；
5 起草、传达行政通知、相关文件或备忘录；
6 维护公司日常办公秩序和办公环境
7 组织各类公司活动
8上级交代的其他工作

任职资格：
1 大专以上学历。
2 一年以上前提行政工作经验。
3 熟悉社保、公积金缴纳流程，熟悉基本的劳动法规。
4 工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
