Overview:
This job will follow the entire china payroll project, such as requirement collection & application
analysis/reconfiguration/upgrading as well as trouble-shooting, with the objective of resolving application-related problems/requests and ensuring the China payroll system function effectively to support HR requirement within China IT management team's supervision and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the china HR system maintenance, Provide technical support for end user
2) Responsible for understanding business requirements, analysis, proof of concept, configuration of HR system and creating documentation as needed
3) Analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, perform necessary changes
4) Participate in the change management and go live support processes
5) Drive the design, configuration and deployment of new projects & system enhancements
6) Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements
7) Prepares detailed plans to track project performance and ensure the project is fine quality and on schedule
8) System risk control and counter-measures by way of available means for system risk management
9) Ensure that every control activity will follow TEIS compliance requirement.
Key Qualifications:
1) Strong analytical and problem solving skills
2) Strong HR business knowledge
3) Have strong abilities in developing Database (SQL-Server).
4) Excellent written and verbal skills
5) Good English language skills
Experience:
1) At least 5 Years working experience in area of HR system development or maintenance. Previous experience with Kayang HR system would be preferred.
2) At least 3 Year working experience in SQL Server Database development
3) Experience with preparation and leading system, integration and user acceptance testing
Educational Required/Desired:
1) Bachelor degree with IT related major.
