职位：活动策划/市场专员/销售专员
职位描述：
1、制定并组织实施各项市场宣传活动及广告投放，负责活动的监控和结果分析；
2、策划并组织实施与有关机构及媒体的合作；
3、组织监测市场调研及相关分析，提供管理层行业动向和行业市场信息；
4、负责联系院校，进驻大学进行宣传工作；
5、对直营校区开展的相关市场调研及市场推广活动进行指导；
6、组建、管理市场地面推广团队完成月度工作任务。

要求：
1、市场营销、企业管理等专业专科以上学历；
2、一年以上市场营销及推广工作经验，有组织、策划和实施市场宣传的成功案例， 熟悉培训市场者优先；
3、热爱培训事业，有较强的客户服务意识；
4、性格开朗，思维敏捷，逻辑思维能力强，口齿清晰，普通话良好，较强的谈判能力及沟通协调能力；
5、良好的职业素养，能够承受较强的工作压力；
6、具备组织管理能力。
