工作环境：
1、本次招聘人员为新启动项目，所有办公环境及条件都比较优越；

工作职责：
1、负责发布招聘信息、通知面试、进行初试，办理员工入职、调职、离职、考勤等日常工作手续；
2、负责办理、保存员工的人事档案，及时做好文件更新管理工作；
3、负责公司员工的五险一金相关手续办理；
4、协助主管完成日常人事行政事务工作
5、负责协助市场部咨询工作；
6、协助校长完成校区日常管理工作。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，人力资源或企业管理类相关专业毕业优先；
2.一年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源六大模块；
3.熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式；
4.工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；
5.有强烈的责任感及敬业精神，能承受较大的工作压力
6.工作热情、善于沟通，形象佳。
