职位描述：
1负责学院课程开班的招生咨询工作；
2从事接听电话，面谈接待，报名办理，咨询引导等工作；
3针对学生的咨询进行详尽解答，跟踪并整理客户信息；
4为新学员入学手续，与学生建立良好的关系，确保学生完成学习目标；
5协助班级行政事务管理；
6定期进行资料分析，撰写咨询分析报告，提出改进的合理化建议；

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2具有半年或以上销售工作经验，对电子商务行业熟悉者优先；
3热爱培训事业，熟悉招生基本工作流程，有较强的客户服务意识；
4性格开朗，思维敏捷，逻辑思维能力强，口齿清晰，声音甜美普通话良好，较强的谈判能力及沟通协调能力，富亲和力，稳重大方；
5有耐心，工作认真细致，有毅力；自信、乐观，敢于挑战高目标，能承受一定压力；
6良好的职业素养，能吃苦，具有专业精神和职业操守及团队合作精神。
