岗位职责：
1、公司规章制度、岗位制度、考勤制度的制定、攥写、修改、执行。
2、国家的相关劳动法律法规要懂，有一定的了解。劳动法、合同法、社会福利等等
3、公司各岗位绩效考核、奖惩制度方案、制度、执行等。
4、公司内外部文件、资料、档案的规范化、统一化。
5、公司人员招聘、录用、签定合同、辞退等。
6、公司办公用品的采购、管理、发放。
7、公司会议布署、记录，人事档案、资料管理等。
9、完成主管领导交代的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理等相关专业
2、相关工作1年以上
3、为人忠厚老实，吃苦耐劳。
