Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Ensuring design, development and test of software into a global project
- Documenting his feature development via external specifications
- Documenting architecture and algorithm implemented (Internal Specifications)
- Documenting internal interfaces
- Applying methodology/Process with particular attention on Unitary tests and Integration tests
- Ensuring required quality level and lead time for his development

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Mandatory:
o Good experience in OO programming (C++ & Java)
o Experience of software design and tools (e.g. Visual Studio)
o English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
o Good teamwork spirit
o Communication skills in a cross-culture environment
o Familiar with configuration management and versioning tool (CVS, ClearCase, etc)

- Nice to have
o Good knowledge in VoIP protocol (SIP protocol)
o Good knowledge in VoIP protocol (RTP/RTCP protocol), Voice Codec, QoS of VoIP
o Experience in software design pattern
o SIP phone or SIP gateway or SIP server development experience
o Scrum (Agile) experience is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

- 4 years experience in software development, including all steps such as pre study, development and support, in communication technologies.
