Position: Site Support Engineer
Direct Report to: Site service manager
Work Location: Shanghai

Position Purpose:
Support our products (TML,BSA,BDS…) or Projects from customers
Site training, site installation audit, installation supervision

Responsibilities:
？ Document & project management of TML, BSA, BDS
？ Offer site training of above our products
？ Dealing with site problem according to customer requirements.
？ On site service including test ,training , TML, BSA,BDS site support
？ Conduct product technical presentation to help customer understand and accept our products.
？ Site installation audit experience to audit installation teams
？ Internal product training to Sales team to understand RFS products.
？ handle customer site problem and try to find solutions

Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree with major electrical engineering or communication engineering
？ 2 years work experience at least;
？ 2) Expertise in RF technology, especially TML, BSA plus BDS
？ Knowledge of GSM/CDMA/WCDMA,LTD mobile system
？ Knowledge of coaxial cable or related accessories
？ Knowledge of Base station antenna, broadcast site applications
？ Base station site applications and installation knowledge
？ Good team work
？ Basic English / MS Office, Testing equipments for PIM VSWR, Loss
？ Willing to travel (50%)
？ Can lift 20kg weights
