Purpose of the Position:
- Due to expansion in China and new business set up, IC group would like to provide sufficient support for the local needs
- The Internal Controller is responsible to perform periodic internal control and compliance testing in all entities of China, assess risks and propose recommendations for mitigation to meet with corporate requirements, to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and to comply with PRC regulations. We intend to consider both internal as well as recruit for external candidates to fill this opening, given the specific skill set required to meet the above responsibilities.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place in all the entities of China to meet SOX requirements
- Ensure implementation of corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Carry out periodic internal control and compliance testing in all entities of China
- Identify the best practices in the region and implement in the other entities
- Support financial team in all entities of China

Project involved with:
- Depends on business requirement.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree with major in finance or related fields
- CPA or CIA

Required Skills
Experience
Essential:
- 3 years' above experience in one of the Big4 CPA firms, and/or
- Related experience in US MNC

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors
Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of PRC GAAP
- Sound knowledge of US GAAP
- SOX framework

Skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Good language skills both English and Mandarin
- Must be adept in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet and email

- Experience in implementing internal control or SOX auditing
