Sales Assistant Job Description
Main Purpose of Position:
The fundamental purpose for this position is to assist Sales work in Automotive.
Essential Functions:
？ Assist Sales in management & archive of documents, including Quotation, Sales contract, Marketing
？ Assist to prepare bidding documents and printout
？ Help make appointment with customer
？ Assist to manage customer resource: name card, factory list, Total Install Base
？ Assist to customer calls, collect customer requirement and report to Sales
？ Assist to Sales with customer reception
？ Assist with Exhibition, Trade shows etc.; Coordinate with related department for the marketing work.
？ Assist to manage sales report;
？ SAP sales data maintenance;
？ Sales order A/R &Bidding security support
？ Other tasks assigned
Required Knowledge:
？ 1 year of sales assistant or customer service experience
？ Communication, sales, and customer service skills
？ Familiar with daily office software
？ Common business practices relating to commercial terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services
Required Abilities:
？ Must be able to communicate effectively with both written and oral methods such as email, phone calls, report, etc.
？ Make efficient use of time and resources
？ Strong interpersonal communication, analytical and presentation skills are essential
？ Good English speak and written skill required

Required Experience and Training:
Bachelor;
Below 28 years old, female preferred;
Good characteristic;
Clear and quick response;
Pay attention to communication and teamwork;
Good English skills, strong learning ability;
Creative.
