JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述：
1. Verify the payment requests of APO according to the company policies and process in a timely manner
2. Ensure the accuracy of the transaction and perform analysis on the cost
3. Prepare monthly report, forecasting and annual budget
4. Execute cost control and assets management
5. Coordinate external/internal audit
6. Supervise and train the Accounting Clerk
7. Office administration
8. Undertake the other related jobs or projects based on the business needs
QUALIFICATIONS 职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree major in accounting or finance
2. At least 5-year working experience in Finance department from a medium or big MNC
3. Good knowledge in accounting standard, laws and taxation regulation
4. Good command of English (both written and spoken) and familiar with MS office, particularly MS Excel
5. With commitment, good teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently
