JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:Tendering Engineer

Mission: The Tendering Engineer is responsible for delivering the tendering plan in order to answer biddings for different segements (Oil & Gas, Railway, Industry...).
He/she is in charge of technical specifications and provide technical support to the sales activities for Medium Voltage Primary Distribution products.
　　　　　　　　　　　　　
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 promote the specification of the products to end user/DI during the opportunity stage
2 tendering documentation(both specifications and terms/conditions) checking and understanding
3 prepare the technical offer
4 Conduct price analysis to the offer
5 make spec-in at bidding documentation draft stage (clarification during the customer evaluation stage)

　　　　　　　　　　　　　
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1 Accuracy of technical data (参数准确率), Quality of technical agreement (签订技术协议的质量)　
2 Complete 100% tendering plan on time 　　　　　　　
3 Number of technical offers made per year　　　　　　　　　　　
4 Ability to decide bid or no-bid independently
5 Ability to make product and technical presentation independently

　　
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB :

Bachelor degree or above major in Power Supply system　　　　　　
　　
Medium voltage electric apparatus knowledge　　　　　Broad
good english communication 　　　　　　　　　Basic
familiar with microsoft office softwarem at least in EXCEL/WORD/Project professional /PDF/PPT了 Complex
familiar with AutoCAD software Complex
