Position Title：TPM-Specialist
Reports to：Operation Director
Location：Shanghai JinShan Area

Responsibilities
- Implementation of the Total Productive Management (TPM) - Strategy
- Developing further, structurizing and standardizing TPM
- Qualifying of employees in TPM
- Mentoring and coaching the TPM teams
- Running training- and facilitation workshops in management teams AND on the shop floor
- Developing local training modules on need base or on request from factories
- Running trainings for potential knowledge holders
- i.e. local factory TPM/ODR Champions (train the trainer- TtT) to ensure a more effective spread of the knowledge
- Providing training, communication and promotion material in Chinese based on material available in English by internal Operational Excellence departments
- Developing of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Controlling of processes by KPIs
- Evaluating of ideas for improvements
- Implementation of improvement projects (i.e. Kaizen)
- Conducting audits and process analyses as well as defining improvement measures
- Supporting plant and production managers during the implementation of new measures
- Based on assessments, facilitating operational managements to define a road map, key initiatives & actions with clear implementation steps/KPIs to take and make follow-up activities to stimulate the progress.
- Stimulating the establishment of network of TPM/ODR (Operator Driven Reliability) specialists, coordinators and Maintenance managers with the main aim to share and further improve our knowledge.
- Supporting the optimization of the technical processes for better economical results

Requirements
- Interaction and communication with the operational and the management team
- Communication with the other production plants
- Bachelor degree or above desired in technical, chemistry or process engineering,
- At least 8 years working experience
- Above 5 years of experience in related industry, change management, lean manufacturing or lean administration
- Experience in use of Management-Tools i.e. TPM, Kaizen, KVP, ODR, Six Sigma und 5S,
- Have factory experience in implementing programs like TPM/ODR or similar
- Reference of experience in conducting of change management projects
- Project Management experience is desirable
- Be a self-motivated and pro-active team worker
- Working independently is pre requisite
- Person should be very mature & good leadership profile
- Team leading and facilitation skills for driving change and continuous improvement
- The ability to think strategically and develop long term strategic plans
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Strong interest and coaching/facilitation ability in developing people and organizations
- Strong team player, as well as the ability to work on own initiative
- Personal drive and commitment
- Good command of English and Chinese
