General summary of Duties/Responsibilities:
You will be joining a global team, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK; you will
need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international
investment bank; we develop, maintain and support their global 24 hour testing system environment.
Main Responsibilities: (Describe in bullet points)
. Lead a support team, team size will depend on the project.
. Commitment to ensuring quality and resource management.
. Provide 24*7 hours support to the Testing systems of client
. Recording and updating work items in ticket logging system.
. Answering hotline queries.
. Escalation to DB management.
. Investigation, reporting and possible correction to failed batches.
Mandatory Skills
Unix Skills 3(Minimum Experienc Comments) 5( Ideal Experience) Understand and be
confident working in Unix environment.
Database skills 3(Minimum Experienc Comments) 5( Ideal Experience) Understand basic
database principles, capable of forming
basic database queries.
. Excellent spoken and written English.
. Basic UNIX, Oracle and SQL knowledge are required
. Good understanding of Software development
. Commitment to self-improvement and service-improvement

. System Support related experience is preferred
. JAVA or VB knowledge would be desirable
2、Title: Problem Manager
The role of Problem Manager is to ensure the goals of the Problem Management process are achieved. The
main goal is to minimize the adverse impact of Incidents and Problems on the business that are caused
by errors within the IT infrastructure, and to prevent the recurrence of Incidents related to these
errors.
Requirements:
* Technology: Sound knowledge on UNIX / Windows OS/Exchange Applied.
* Sound knowledge on Remote Server Management: Applied.
* Overall idea on production IT Environment and IT Operation.
* Understanding on ITIL principles.
* In-depth knowledge in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
* Very good written and spoken English language skills required. Should be able to communicate clearly
to Global teams on con-calls and via emails.
3、Title: Release Manager
You will join a highly customer oriented team, need to communicate with global investment banking
business users, Customer IT Managers and other third party service providers for the Bank. For all the
application releases you'll be responsible for coordinating with all the relevant stakeholders to
perform the deployment of the sources / builds to the respective environments.Provide expert
management and coordination of all IT release activities for the Technologies development. Lead the
Release Management (RM) function by instituting and demonstrating industry best practices for release,
configuration and implementation management. Ensure the integrity of releases and of pre-release
configuration items by executing the following:
Role and Responsibilities:
. Manage the delivery of all software releases from the Development groups.
. Liaise with all stakeholders (QA, Development, Operations, Data, Product and Project Managers)
to manage any issues, requests and conflicts.
. Control and manage a schedule of planned releases to pre-production and production
environments.
. Dealing with requests from Development groups for implementation of software releases.
. Liaise with Operations to resource the installation of software onto pre-product and
production environments.
. Working with QA, Development and Operations to ensure that development projects adhere to the
release process and change guidelines.
. Work with other development groups to define methods of working for release management.
Required Skills:
. Two or more years as Configuration and/or Release manager.
. Experience with fixed income issues and/or financial experience.
. Understanding and experience in UNIX, Sybase, Perl or similar large relational database
infrastructures.
. Previous experience in an Operations or Development role.
. Experience with modern tools and methodologies for doing source control, packaging and
software release.
. Demonstrated experience in all Microsoft Office products.
. Analytical and critical thinking skills; agile problem-solving abilities.
. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder needs across internal and external teams.
. Strong English language skills both written and oral.
4、TITLE: Peoplesoft support analyst
NUMBERS: 6
