安排资源进行根据质量或硫化部门要求因为质量或其他问题所需要的模具交替
-make mold cleaning plan according mold cleaning procedure and requirment by production or quality and assure implementation
按照规定要求计划模具清洗和维护，以保证生产所需的品质条件并落实执行。
-arrange and carry out all mold incoming inspection both new incoming and after repair to ensure compliance with standard
安排并落实所有入厂的新模具和修理后的检验，保证模具符合规范要求
-do daily mold warehouse management to ensure molds in good condition and easy-use status
日常管理模具库，保证模具的良好管理状态和标示
-be responsible for scrap of mold assets according to market information
根据市场部门的信息，做好模具的报废等管理工作
-arrange all bladder change needed in curing according to bladder life limit and coordinate with other depart
根据胶囊的使用寿命，安排硫化工程所需地胶囊交替工作并与其他部门协调
-do daily bladder warehouse management to ensure bladder in good condition and availability
日常硫化胶囊库存管理，保证硫化过程所需的胶囊和胶囊品质
-mornitoring bladder usage and cost control
监控胶囊使用费用的控制

1. college degree with major on mechinary; 大学机械专业或机加工行业学士以上学历
2. 3years manufacturing experience ; 3年以上制造厂方面的工作经验
3. 1years mold manufacturing experience; 1年以上模具制造部门的工作经验
or 2years above tire plant mold department working experience; 或2年以上轮胎工厂模具部门的工作经验
4. managing a team for at least 1 year; 具备一年以上的团队管理经验
