Recruitment:

1. Coordinate Yearly Hiring plan and team organization structure define & any modification
2. Define & review professional standard / policy regarding people hiring
3. Open positions fulfillment in line with actual agreed requirements
4. Controlling recruitment quality with professional ways,
5. Organize the efficiency ways for people hiring and also good contribution for recruitment cost controll
6. Upgrade hiring process to be more attractive and effiency way;
7. Mass recruiting package
8. Other recruiting projects which are asigned
9. Campus recruitment

Communication:

1.Develops and coordinates external communication programs in order to ensure a positive image of Continental and position the plant as employer of choice and a good citizen of the community 2.Ensures alignment of all communications to corporate, divisional and local business objectives, by constantly exchanging with and assisting the Locations Communications Tires

3.Establishes and maintains good relations with the local media, the local authorities, important institutions and the community - as speaker of the Hefei plant
4.In charge of editing all plant related communication materials: press releases, media statements, articles, presentations, speeches, etc. according to the corporate guidelines

5.Authorized person to represent Continental at meetings organized by local authorities or various institutions - if delegated in this function by the general manager

6.Manages the internal communication with all stakeholders by promoting Continental as attractive employer internally
7.Responsible for implementing professional internal communication tools (newsletter, internal letter, infoboards, intranet, internal TV, town-hall meetings, etc.), in order to ensure a motivated workforce in the Hefei plant
8.Recommends, writes and disseminates information relevant ti the plant in internal media

9.Supports the local management in internal and external labor relations communication

10.Responsible for the plant's event management, advertising and external agency relations

11.Defines, develops and implements with the management board a crisis communication strategy for the Hefei tires plant

12.Actively consults and supports the management in all communication topics
13.Provides communication training to Management / Supervisors

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above

2. Min.3 years working experience in HR related function in WOFE Manufacturing plant

Continental AG Group was founded in Hanover in 1871 and is currently one of the five largest automotive suppliers and one of Top 500 enterprises in the world.
Continental has 140 years of experience with rubber and especially with tires. In Sept 2009, as the first factory investment of Continental’s tire divisions in China, and an important Foreign Direct Investment project of Anhui Province, a big and advanced tire plant is ramped up in Hefei with 150 million Euros capital, by end of June 2010, the construction was completed, and the equipment installation was done before Nov 30th, 2010, by end of 2010, the first qualified tire came to the world. From May of 2011, we are starting mass production and currently the output beyond million passenger car tires in the first step. The second phase project has started and at the same time, Two Wheel(Motor Bike Tire) entity of Continental was founded and the new plant is under construction .
