Job Description:

1. Coordinate Yearly Hiring plan and team organization structure define & any modification

2. Facilitate and strictly people hiring control in line with Conti group standard and labor laws and regulations etc., such as: recruiting system implement, includes: Fix, temp, intern all kinds headcount

3. Define & review professional standard / policy regarding people hiring

4. Open positions fulfillment in line with actual agreed requirements

5. Controlling recruitment quality with professional ways,

6. Regular review Job discription with professional standard at new hire, mobility, job transfer situations happen

7. Organize the efficiency ways for people hiring and also good contribution for recruitment cost controll

8. Upgrade hiring process to be more attractive and effiency way;

9. Job evaluation

10. Mass recruiting package

11. Yearly Staffing review

12. Other recruiting projects which are asigned

13. Campus recruitment

14. Net working with Conti-AG

15. Net work with local government bureau related

16. Plant conference / ceremony related activities support ( such as plant opening ceremony)

17. Headcount report, Staffing status / indicator / mobilty data report

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree and above

2. Min.3 years working experience in HR related function in WOFE Manufacturing plant

Continental AG Group was founded in Hanover in 1871 and is currently one of the five largest automotive suppliers and one of Top 500 enterprises in the world.
Continental has 140 years of experience with rubber and especially with tires. In Sept 2009, as the first factory investment of Continental’s tire divisions in China, and an important Foreign Direct Investment project of Anhui Province, a big and advanced tire plant is ramped up in Hefei with 150 million Euros capital, by end of June 2010, the construction was completed, and the equipment installation was done before Nov 30th, 2010, by end of 2010, the first qualified tire came to the world. From May of 2011, we are starting mass production and currently the output beyond million passenger car tires in the first step. The second phase project has started and at the same time, Two Wheel(Motor Bike Tire) entity of Continental was founded and the new plant is under construction .
