Main Responsibilities & key tasks

1. Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business. Responsible for the direct/indirect sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets.
2. In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products / services to clients and organise visits to current and potential clients. Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilising available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
3. Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
4. Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service. Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced.

5. Lead and close project bidding, complete other tasks assignment by leader.

The territory will cover Sichuan & Tibet of Southwest T1, T2&T3 banks (except ICBC and ABC).

Qualifications Required

1. At least 5 years of technical and commercial experience in Sales & Marketing and Service Management, solutions business to the banking industry

2. Develop long-term and trusted relationships with external and internal customers. Ensure professional customer services to differentiate in the market place while managing customer expectations to service offerings;

3. Understand the process and success factors for the sale of technically demanding products. Provide strong negotiation skills
