职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责制订公司新产品工艺线路及实施方法；
2、负责实施新产品制造工艺可行性的工艺验证；
3、参与NPI项目，为产品设计工程师提供工艺可行性建议；
4、为NPI项目制定设备清单及投资预算；
5、与设备供应商保持联络，跟进设备制造及调试进展；
6、在NPI项目中为项目经理提供技术支持；
7、评估现有工艺方法的产能及制程能力，提供新的制造思路与方法改进现有工艺以提高生产效率与产品质量。
任职资格：
大专及以上学历，机械或电机类专业
3年以上电机制造工艺工作经验
熟悉多种机械制造设备与工艺方法
能熟练使用CAXA、CAD、UG等绘图软件
