岗位职责：
1.is responsible for the safety of technical work, to implement the higher level of safety instructions and regulations, and check the governor;Responsible for the formulation, revision;
负责车间的安全技术工作，贯彻上级安全生产的指示和规定，并检查督；
2.workshop on safety production management system and safety regulations for technical operations, and inspection of the implementation;
负责制定、修订车间有关安全生产管理制度和安全技术操作规程，并检查执行情况；
3.is responsible for the preparation of the workshop safety technology plan and hidden danger reorganizes the plan, timely reporting and inspection of implementation;
负责编制车间安全技术措施计划和隐患整改方案，及时上报和检查落实；
4.in accordance with the safety technical code, standard, new, alteration, expansion in the workshop design, final acceptance and equipment modification, process condition change project /"three simultaneous/" review, implement equipment maintenance, stop construction safety measures;
按照安全技术规范、标准的要求，参加车间新建、改建、扩建工程的设计、竣工验收和设备改造、工艺条件变动方案的“三同时”审查，落实设备装置检修、停开工的安全措施；
5.is responsible for the safety technology and equipment, fire fighting equipment, protective equipment and emergency equipment management;
负责车间安全技术装备、灭火器材、防护和急救器具的管理；
6.participants in the workshop of the investigation of the accident, responsible for statistical analysis, report on time;
参加车间各类事故的调查处理，负责统计分析，按时上报；
7.perfect safety management of basic data, accomplish complete, practical, standardization;
健全完善安全管理基础资料，做到齐全、实用、规范化；
8.on-site safety inspection, found the exercise of violate the rules and regulations should be criticized for not stopping, safety factors, to timely reporting and puts forward reform ideas, good safety assessment, safety activities and hidden accident recording ledgers;
进行现场安全检查，发现违章作业应批评制止，对不安全因素，要及时汇报提出整改意见，做好安全考核，安全活动和事故隐患等记录台账；
9.dangerous goods warehouse inventory, safety management;
危险品库库存、安全管理；
10.education and supervision of staff, care and the correct use of equipment, labor protection supplies;
教育和监督员工，爱护和正确使用设备、劳动防护用品；
11.responsible for all new staff safety training, advocacy, education, work safety supervision, the rectification work, responsible for special operations personnel management;
负责所有新进员工的安全培训，做好安全宣传、教育、监督、整改工作，负责特种作业人员管理；
12.other works arranged by leader.
领导安排的其他工作。

Requirements:
任职资格：
1.have a university degree or above;
具有大学专科或以上学历；
2.at least 3 years working experience;
至少3年以上本岗位工作经验；
3.be familiar with ISO13485 quality management system and OHSAS18001, ISO14001 system standard;
熟知ISO13485质量管理体系及OHSAS18001、ISO14001体系标准；
4.good analysis, judgment, organization, ability to deal with the problem;
具有良好的分析、判断、组织、处理问题的能力；
5.good communication and coordination ability;
良好的沟通协调能力；
6.auxiliary skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
辅助技能：Word，Excel，PowerPoint。

Nipro Medical(Hefei) Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 26th October 2010 from 100% investment from Nipro Corporation(www.nipro.co.jp) .
Nipro Corporation is a manufacturer of medical devices with its headquarters in Osaka, Japan, and the products are supplied to hospitals all over the world with its brand “NIPRO”.
Its Hefei factory plans to construct a large scale of workshops within the ground area of approx. 190,000M2 inside the Hefei Economic & Technology Development Area and will produce synthetic membrane dialyzers, blood tubing sets for hemodialysis, intravenous cannulas and three-way stopcocks in Phase One for providing to hospitals around the country.
We believe that this new enterprise will be helpful for contribution to social welfares in the People’s Republic of China.
