岗位职责：
1.as a team member training overseas and transfer production line and production technology;
作为项目团队成员接受海外培训并转移生产线和生产工艺；
2.the company responsible for the equipment and the process of supplier development, tracking the technical details to ensure that meet the requirements of the use of;
负责公司设备和工艺的供应商开发,跟踪制造技术细节确保其满足使用要求；
3.making the product specification, material standard, operation procedure and related quality standards;
制定产品规格说明，原材料标准，机器操作程序及有关质量标准；
4.new products, special order products standard formulate and organize the implementation of production;
负责新产品，特殊定货产品标准的制定并组织实施生产；
5.in charge of product process and production process improvement, improve product quality, reduce product cost, improve production efficiency;
负责对产品工艺及生产流程进行改进，提高产品质量，降低产品成本，提高生产效率；
6.responsible for product BOM, Item master and Routing maintenance;
负责对产品BOM、Item master及 Routing进行维护；
7.responsible for the product related drawing;
负责与产品相关的图纸的绘制；
8.responsible for staff operating training.
负责员工的操作培训。

Requirements:
任职资格：
1.machinery design and manufacturing, mechanical and electrical integration, industrial automation, chemical, or polymer material and related major, bachelor degree or above;
机械设计与制造,机电一体化,工业自动化,化学化工,或高分子材料相关专业,本科以上学历；
2.2 years of medical devices or biological pharmaceutical production experience, understand ISO13485 and GMP requirements;
2年以上医疗器械或生物制药企业生产经验,了解ISO13485或GMP要求
3.Master of mechanical, electronic, materials, mold and other related professional knowledge, an independent research and technical problem solving skills.
掌握机械、电子、材料、模具等相关专业知识，具有独立研究并解决专业问题的能力；
4.understand the medical equipment production, properties and the application requirements and other aspects of knowledge;
了解医疗器械产品的生产、性能及使用要求等方面的知识；
5.understand the polymer material forming conditions and related problems;
了解高分子材料的成型条件及相关问题的处理；
6.good English communication skills, able to cross departments, interdisciplinary work to complete the assigned tasks;
良好的英语沟通能力，能够通过跨部门、跨专业的工作来完成指定的任务；
7.skilled use of various office and engineering software;
熟练使用各种办公和工程软件；
8 English or Japanese reading and writing proficiency.

Nipro Medical(Hefei) Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 26th October 2010 from 100% investment from Nipro Corporation(www.nipro.co.jp) .
Nipro Corporation is a manufacturer of medical devices with its headquarters in Osaka, Japan, and the products are supplied to hospitals all over the world with its brand “NIPRO”.
Its Hefei factory plans to construct a large scale of workshops within the ground area of approx. 190,000M2 inside the Hefei Economic & Technology Development Area and will produce synthetic membrane dialyzers, blood tubing sets for hemodialysis, intravenous cannulas and three-way stopcocks in Phase One for providing to hospitals around the country.
We believe that this new enterprise will be helpful for contribution to social welfares in the People’s Republic of China.
