1、经授权组建项目部，根据项目需求确定项目人员职责，定期考核、评价和奖惩。

2、负责对施工项目进行全过程、全面管理，组织制定各项项目管理制度，进行阶段性目标控制，确保项目目标实现；

3、负责组织办理了工程深化设计、设计变更、概预算调整、索赔等有关工作，配合公司做好审计工作；

4、系统安装和设备、系统调试指导；

5、协助公司完成项目的检查、鉴定和评奖申报工作，并完成公司要求的文件汇报；

6、合同签订之后的收款工作；

7、分包商选择及管理；

8、做好项目施工过程中的EHS管理工作，及时发现和妥善处理项目现场突发事件；

1. Weak electronic information and other related professional degree or above;
