3、具有现场处理经验，能协调相关部门。
4、做事认真，思想敏捷，善动脑筋，独立解决问题
5、熟悉Protel的使用，熟悉常用CAD绘图软件，如AUTOCAD、Solidworks；熟悉常用单片机，如AVR、ARM的使用
6、至少熟悉一门编程语言，熟悉C语言者优先
7、有可以查到的独立完成项目者优先
