Business Development Manager – Outsourcing Services

Our client is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial candidate interested in managing and growing a successful outsourcing business.

Responsibilities
? Based Shanghai and report to the management
? Oversee all aspects of business development in payroll operations including staffing, client relationship management, new business development, etc
? Provide business consultancy services for major SME and MNC
? Assist in the implementation of Human Resources Information System
? Work closely with the Payroll Manager to develop a pricing policy and respond to request for proposals
? Managing outsourced contract management for payroll clients

Requirements
? A degree in accounting or HR related discipline
? Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in implementing mid to large scale payroll projects
? Familiarity with China Employment Ordinance and related legislation
? Understanding of payroll systems and technology
? Able to develop client base through independent business development activities
? Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
? Able to work under pressure and multi task
? An excellent communicator with strong English language skills
