Position Title and Location: Analyst (Vietnamese) – Client Solution, Shanghai

Position Overview
Research Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the execution of primary research deliverables to add value to the clients. Research Support Specialist will gain a primary understanding of business model through close coordination with members of the research team in meeting client requests.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
? Assisting research team members with daily execution of time-sensitive research requests by understanding & translating client requests, qualifying primary populations of topic experts, and facilitating the processes required to fulfill the project requests
? Responsible for peripheral client servicing functions, e.g., call scheduling
? Quickly address, via email and/or telephone, Council Member inquiries regarding their consulting relationship with company, including issues relating to payment and technology tools (i.e., websites, online surveys, etc.) used by Council Members to communicate with the company and with its clients
? Assist with limited level of new Council Member recruitment and application processing for our highest priority client inquiries through e-mail and telephone marketing
? Report to and consult with members of individual industry research practices to carry out the above responsibilities

For this position, we seek applicants with bachelors or masters degrees from top-tier colleges or universities, or equivalent work experience. The following factors will strengthen an applicant’s candidacy:
? 2 years work experience in multi-national firms or equivalent internship experience
? Experience in market research firms, consulting firms, or executive research firms will be a plus
? Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.) in both Chinese and English and Vietnamese.
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
? Demonstrated fluency in using technology tools to improve effectiveness and increase efficiency
? Bachelor degree or above
