职位描述
Responsibilities
· Implement, Develop, and Manage the end-to-end global supply chain operations to ensure the correct supply chain decisions are made, and risk mitigation solutions are established.
· Monitors daily operations and actively assists, or provides direction to direct reports or project team as required.
· Drive Gap analysis between build plan vs clear-to-build, and on-going to manage and close the gap with contract manufacturer to achieve the revenue goal
· Work with commercial team to satisfy customers by quickly responding to the customer requests and develop the improvement action to bring the issues to closure.
· Lead & management of the Contract Manufacturing strategy LCG, Concore, ICS Business
· Manage internal and external suppliers to ensure capacity customer demand and growth of the business
· Develop, Implement, and Manage cost reduction portfolio and ensure to achieve business goals
· Identifying and Leading System development/enhancement for the new supply chains model.
· Develop, Implement, and Manage SRM (supplier relationship management) by established operational objectives with suppliers, agreeable KPI, risk mitigation plan.
· Manage and report on the Procurement Contribution Metrics aspect of the related businesses
· Develop the supply chain cost model cost reduction portfolio for related businesses
· Develop Organization structure, recruit, hire, and manage staff, training plans, learning and growth, succession planning, performance evaluations
· Provides direction to subordinates using established policies and precedents.
· Provide solution to business and develop contract manufacturing infrastructure and capability to new business development team
Soft Skills:
· Strong Project Management and Multi-tasking skills
· Strong sense of finance (margin, average selling price, standard costs, inventory carrying costs etc)
· Able to deal with fast-demanding environments
· Very strong in Excel. (Must)
· Initiative, Team Oriented, Influencing skills and very good interpersonal skills as role will required significant interaction with various functional groups
· Team player
· Energetic, commitment, drive, tenacity to achieve key object
· Ability to drive rapid change management
· Knowledge of how to manage cultural differences across different regions to achieve best business result
· Contract & price negotiations
· Ability to travel internationally, work evenings and mornings
· Fluent in both English and Chinese, Mandarin
· Experience in ERP system implementation is preferable
· Technically competent
Hard Skill requirements: (Must)
· Solid experience in “Contract Manufacturing Operation Management” in terms of production scheduling, capacity management, costing, negotiation, relationship management, and manufacturing ramp
· Solid experience in dealing with cost reduction portfolio and meet financial targets
· Solid experience in process development in related to define business policy, business process and developing business tracking and reporting capability, implementation and KPI development
· Strong skill-sets and experience in building and reporting cost analysis in related to various supply chain costs driven.
· Have experience in translate or able to articulate business process and conduct business development discussion with IT team in related to planning system development
· Strong in developing SOP (business scope of procedure) and process mapping
· Experience in managing a team.
Experience:
Minimum 5- 10 working experience in Supply Chain industry in related to specialized fields:
· Demand planning
· Supply Planning
· Contract Manufacturing Management
· Cost Reduction Management
· Warehousing management
· Inventory control
Qualification requirements:
· Minimum diploma holder and preferable is degree holder with any of fields such as engineering, commercial, finance, supply chain and/or logistics
