Job Descriptions:
1. Enter customer orders in system and give customer order acknowledgement.
2. Follow up orders and answer customer’s inquiry on order status
3. Gather shipping documents and update shipping schedules to customers
4. Answer customer inquiry on inventory, lead time, and sample needs
5. Coordinate to settle customer’s shipping-related issues/claims
6. Maintain required data in system and provide necessary reports
7. File all order related documents

Job requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience in order management or similar functions.
2. English proficiency is a must, fluent in both oral and writing
3. Well organized and attentive to details
4. Good experience in working with different domestic customers/dealers
5. Team working spirit is a must.
6. Self motivated, can work under pressure.
