General Purpose:
You will be working in the Operation and Platform SW team, working with brand new technologies; developing HW related SW for current and future GSM/WCDMA/LTE BTS products using Agile practices.
Operation and Platform SW Hangzhou team is freshly starting-up, we are recruiting large number of talents to join us in 2014. Hope you will be one of us!
Main Responsibility Area:
As an SW Expert you will be part of an agile development team which is responsible for specifying, planning, implementing and delivering high quality, best in class, Platform SW for BTS.
You will lead by example and execute technical activities and projects in Platform area. You will be involved to all SW development phases from early definition to customer support. You will coach and lead other team members and projects in solving complex engineering problems and you will undertake technical training responsibilities.
Your background and areas of interest will be taken into account when defining your main tasks and responsibility areas.
Job Description:
You will be the technical leader in Platform area and your tasks and duties will include end-to-end responsibility of Platform BTS solutions. You will be expected to generate your own amazing ideas how BTS Platform SW will be accelerated to fulfill current and future BTS solutions and customer need. When you do changes and decisions, your pace of work is breath-taking. Defining of BTS solutions, SW development and delivery, polishing of SW deliverables toward NSN customer is your playground. We want you to be technical leader with astounding capability to make things happen.
Moreover you have good organizer, strong commitment to quality and excellent communication skills among technical experts and our customers.
We are not looking for pure project management candidates, we expect you have strong relevant technical background.

* We want you to be technical leader to make things happen
* Clean Coding C/C++ programming skills
* Good knowledge of embedded real-time systems
* Your are familiar with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
* You have a B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Science and basic knowledge of GSM/WCDMA/LTE technologies.
* You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work in international teams.
* Fluent on both written and spoken English
To raise your possibilities to be selected, you possess strong skills in some of the following areas:
* HW related SW, Linux/kernel programming
* Hard real time operating systems
* ARM/DSP processor knowledge
* ASIC/FPGA knowledge is a bonus
* SW/HW debugging skills
