Principal Responsibilities

－Be involved in company’s general ledger policy and accounting treatment methodology, develop / maintain
update/control general ledger set-up, chart of accounts and related financial systems (SAP)
－Collaborate and monitor whole process of month end closing and year end closing.
－Prepare all statutory financial reports and the relevant reports required by internal and external parties.
－Responsible for reviewing balance sheet account analysis and provide monthly balance sheet explanation
to Finance management to ensure account records are accurate and the movement are appropriately reported.
－Prepare periodic financial reports (eg. Aging, Account breakdown) for mgt review as request.
－Handle company Financial statements submission (FIN. Global reporting) in timely and accurate manner.
－Be involved in internal controls, and ensure accounting compliance with US & PRC GAAP.
－Handle FA and inventory management, also implement tax compliance in accounting.
－Review with superior on current status, key issues and next step.
－Keep effective communication with other finance functions to solve problem and provide professional advices
for general ledger management, support the company’s business growth.
－Performs other assignments or special projects.

Position Requirements
－Bachelor in Accounting related major.
－Overall knowledge of China accounting principles (US GAAP a plus), general ledger accounting & reporting,
month-end closing, fixed assets management, inventory management, master data maintenance.
－Good communication and interpersonal skills required
－At least 3 years relevant experiences in accounting & finance, 1-2 years experience in tax accounting field is preferred,
－Accountant's qualification certificate required. CTA preferred
－Good knowledge in MS Office Applications, SAP knowledge is a plus.
