Main Purpose of Position:

The fundamental purpose for this position is work as a team member with the Regional Sales Manager to grow sales. This position will be the front-line contact between the company and the customer. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Essential Functions:

l New customer development in local regional.

l Customer relationship maintenance in local region.

l Projects follow up of local region.

l Be knowledgeable of competitor products prices and activities in local region.

l Provide feedback reports to the Regional Sales Manager regarding customer contacts. Collect as much as possible information regarding the market situation / market development in the region.

l Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the analysis, planning, forecasting, and management of the sales territory

l Represent the company at open houses, trade shows, and industry groups

Required Knowledge:

l Minimum 3 years of sales working experience in electric or mechanical related field.

l Communication, sales, and customer service skills

l Fundamental technical knowledge of automated machinery.

l Be familiar with Microsoft Office software

l Common business practices relating to commercial terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services

l Working experience in Automotive industry give top-priority

Required Abilities:

l Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers; understanding their business needs

l Must be able to communicate effectively with both written and oral methods such as email, phone calls, visit reporting, etc.

l Make consistently good scheduling decisions about visiting customers throughout the territory.

l make efficient use of time and resources

l Strong interpersonal communication, analytical and presentation skills are essential
