l Ensure Internal quality be in control, and reduce the internal quality scrap.

对内部过程质量进行控制，降低内部不良率。

l Prepare inspection plan, inspection methods, gages and frequencies and the necessary direction to meet customer requirements.

制定检验计划、检验方法、量具及频次，以满足客户要求

l Perform the failure analysis on the finished goods rejected by production or returned by customer, using the tools 8D to resolve issue.

对过程及客户退回的不良品进行原因分析并改善。熟练使用8D。

l Training and supervising IPQC to ensure they are capable.

对过程检验质检员进行培训和监管。

l Dispose the non-conformance material make in production line.
对过程不良品进行处置

l Carry out process audit;

进行过程质量审核

l Perform other duties assigned from Quality Manager.

部门经理安排的其他工作。

要求：

University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, or equivalent education with professional experience.

机械工程、机械电子、自动化工程专业本科，或等同教育经历，具有从业经验；

-Minimum of 3 years of working experience related to quality management (Experience related to train system, elevator, escalator or automotive industry is preferred)

至少3年质量管理相关的工作经验，具备列车系统、电梯、自动扶梯或汽车行业经验优先；

-Good communication skill and teamwork spirit

良好的沟通技巧以及团队合作能力；

-Basic English knowledge is required

具备基本英语交流能力；

- responsible, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
