Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for order to cash for customer, set up contact window with customer to improve customer service.
Order Management:
- Daily tracking Order status and coordination to archive the customer case-fill the target.
- Communication with CS operation function on order details;
- Communication with SR/customer/KC to solve issue for order;
- Exception order dispose.
AR & Invoice:
- Daily invoice tracking to clarify the issue and root cause;
- Regular AR review with CD finance;
- Daily credit hold release application and coordination; AP inquiry;
- Customer payment offset;
- IAA document prepare.
Service Level& Customer Relationship
- Regular service review and info change with sales team(KC)

- Key operation loss analysis and drive the counted dept. to take action.

- Customer relationship and satisfaction management (prompt and proactive response on customer requirement, regular review, etc.)

Others:
- Document preparing for customer visit;
- Other work and project assigned

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor above, at least 1 year working experience in customer service, CD finance, logistics related areas;
- Business sense, Financial sense, Change management;
- Knowledge and information management, Microsoft office;
- Passion for growth;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Team commitment, Org awareness.
