Job Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Responsible for the pre-preparation of food items according to specified standard in the Recipe Cards.

根据本部门食谱标准负责为餐厅，自助餐制作食品。

2. Responsible for the proper handling and maintenance of equipment.

负责本部门所有厨房设备的正确操作, 维护且有良好的工作状况。

3. Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of work areas in the kitchen.

负责保持厨房的设备和卫生清洁达到高水准。

4. Responsible for the proper utilization and conservation of food supplies, operating supplies, fuel, electricity

and other controllable costs.

负责控制能量消耗，特别是燃料，水，石油气和其他与厨房操作相关的供应品。

5. Responsible for knowing and following Hotel policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

遵守执行酒店的规章制度和程序。

6. Have the obligation to check the quality of food and raw materials from suppliers with receiving department.

有义务配合收货部检查验收供应商提供食物或原材料的质量。

Job Requirements 岗位要求：

1. Good knowledge of both Chinese Cuisine with experience in 4/5 stars Hotel 2 years or above.

拥有星级酒店中餐的工作经验2年以上。

2. Good attitude and service consciousness.

良好的工作态度和服务意识。
