Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Supplier audit, Supplier qualification and capability assessment.
2. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the supplier quality assurance and development system.

3. Manage product quality in supplier site and ensure the quality requirements are meet, work closely with Product engineer and suppliers on addressing technical and quality issue.
4. Work closely with Product engineer during launch NPI, liaise with supplier for addressing NPI quality issue.
5. Performing metric collections and analysis.
6. Sample test, establish inspection/test method, criteria, procedure development, follow up SCAR.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in related majors.
2. 3 years experiences in quality assurance/control required.
3. Be familiar with quality systems methods and quality engineering practices (APQP, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis, Lean manufacturing concepts, etc.).
4. Excellent in Excel, MS-Project, Powerpoint.
5. Logic thinking, clear target orientation, good cooperation skills, high sense of responsible and can work independently.
6. Good spoken and written English.
7. Excellent organizational, communication, planning and implementing skills.
8. Travel as required.
9. Possess the following personal qualities: integrity, creativity, high standards, commitment, ethical values, and achievement oriented.
