职位描述
工作职责:Responsibilities:
1.负责在指定区域内规划客户的销售活动。管理公司所销售产品的服务质量、稳定性和利润。Be responsible for planning the client's sales activities in the designated areas. Manage the customer services regarding product quality, and the stability and profits of the company.
2.在指定销售区域内,实现相应的销售量,销售额和利润。Manage the designated sales area, sales volume, sales and profits.
3. 准备销售计划和客户拜访计划,以便确定指定目标和相应的客户联系数量。Prepare marketing plans and customer visit program in order to determine the specified target and the corresponding number of customer contact.
4. 准备和制定客户的商务演示,商业计划和合同。Prepare and develop the customer's business presentation, business plan and contract.
5.发展、保持和更新销售材料和产品知识。Develop, maintain and update marketing materials and product knowledge.
6.建立和保持与现有和潜在客户的关系。establish and maintain relations with existing and potential customers.
7.管理和准备相应的客户合同等行政服务。Management and prepare the corresponding customer contracts and other administrative services.
8.通过质量和其它检查办法来有效地提供客户服务。Quality and other inspection approaches to effectively provide customer service.
9.及时解决客户所需的和关心的问题。Address customers' needs and concerns timely.
10.准备定期工作报告,包括:销售活动、合同结束,销售追踪和指标完成情况。Prepare periodic reports, including: sales activities, the end of the contract, sales tracking and Indicators.
11.与客户沟通,寻找新产品和新的商业服务机会,发展特定项目,获得商业信息,通过与客户的销售活动获得反馈信息。Communicate with customers, finding new products and business services opportunities, development of specific projects and commercial information and sales activities with customers to obtain feedback.
12.与公司的其他员工合作以便完成最终销售。Cooperate with other employees of the company's cooperation in order to complete the final sale.
13.发展和执行相应的销售活动来降低库存。Develop and implement appropriate marketing activities to reduce inventory
14.其它指定的相应工作。Other specified work by supervisor
任职资格:Requirements
1.教育:轻工化工、化学、市场营销类专业本科以上学历。Education: chemical industry, chemistry, marketing class undergraduate degree or above.
2.工作经验:5年以上销售工作经验,有成功业绩。Work Experience: 5 years sales experience, successful track record.
3.培训:管理学、经济学、营销学、策划学、合同法、财务知识、产品知识等方面的培训。Training: management, economics, marketing, planning school, contract law, financial knowledge, product knowledge training.
4.技能/能力:skills / abilities:
(1) 很强的谈判能力和沟通技能,能够说服和影响消费者和其他人。Strong negotiation and communication skills, be able to persuade and influence consumers and others.
(2) 能够准备,编辑和演示幻灯片等销售和市场拓展方法。To preparation, editing and presentation slides and other sales and marketing.
(3) 具备销售技能知识。Have the sales skills and knowledge.
(4) 具有良好的专业化外在形象并能在公共场合为公司带来积极和正面的表现。Professional presentation and bring a proactive and positive performance for the company in public.
(5) 熟练操作使用办公软件。Proficiency in the use of office software.
(6) 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。A good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
