岗位职责：1、直接开发各种客户，拓展新的客户资源，为公司带来效益。2、辅助公关总监工作，负责AE的工作。以上两点是主要工作职责，并且参与客户提案、策划，与客户的沟通联系，全程参与客户谈判过程，并主导后期客户执行工作。

任职资格： 1、形象气质佳，语言表达能力和与客户沟通能力强，懂礼仪礼节，吃苦耐劳，能承受高强度的工作压力。陌生拜访、开发客户能力强。2、有一定4A公司人脉关系优先，有成熟行业客户优先。3、有一定的文案或者策划基础，曾在传媒公司或广告公司参与过完整的客户公关活动全过程。
