A Laundry Valet Runner with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will be responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, and timely delivery of all linens used by the hotel as well as other Guest requests for washing or dry cleaning.

What will I be doing?
As a Laundry Valet Runner, you are accountable for the cleanliness, appearance, and timely delivery of all linens used by the hotel as well as any Guest item requests for washing or dry cleaning. A Laundry Valet Runner will work to improve quality, care, and efficiency in the area of Laundry services by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Collect and deliver Guest laundry items, ensuring that they are checked and labelled correctly
Work with the Housekeeping and Laundry Team to deliver items as required
Advise the Laundry Supervisor of any poor quality results or problems such as missing items, delays, or any garment damage
Ensure all linen and stock are stored, per the hotel par levels
Sort linen and other items and deliver to required areas
Maintain the Laundry/Valet work area in a tidy and orderly manner
Observe all Health & Safety regulations when using laundry equipment

Previous Laundry/Valet experience, preferred
Dry Cleaning experience, preferred
