岗位目标(Position Target)
The supplier quality engineer (SQE) is responsible for providing Quality engineering support for daily operations in relation to supplied materials and all activities related to supplier selection , evaluation and supplier performance. The SQE will also be involved in continuous improvement programs for suppliers

职责描述(Responsibilities)

1 .Supplier Quality
Ownership and reporting on Quality issues associated with suppliers, in conjunction with factory quality engineers. Ensure corrective actions proposed by suppliers are implemented and effective.
Track supplier quality performance measurements
Participate in key supplier monitoring processes such as supplier performance reviews
Perform Supplier Quality audits and management of the supplier corrective actions
Manage supplier change request (4M)
Support factory during external audits

2.Continuous improvement
Promote a culture of structured problem solving with suppliers
Manage and drive continuous improvement activities focusing on supplier quality
Identify the best practices related to supplier management and accordingly update accordingly Giti Supplier Management procedures
In conjunction with Purchasing department, develop and execute Supplier development programs such as : Supplier training programs, supplier day

3.Supplier selection
In conjunction with R&D and Purchasing department, source and evaluate world class potential suppliers and initiate contact
Apply Supplier selection procedures, including Potential supplier audit, maintain the AVL
Participate to risk assessment activities and ensure all failure modes for supplier issues have been identified and addressed

任职资格（Qualification）
1 .Bachelor Sc / Master Sc， Major in Engineering, chemistry, mechanics

2. At least 5 years experience of QA position or IE experience , green/black belt six sigma would be an advantage

3. Fluent in English

4.Knowledge of statistical technics, VDA6, TS16949, ISO9001

5.Effective interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work in an aggressive and dynamic team, ability to plan , organize and implement multiple tasks

6.Should be able to travel
