Job Duties（工作职责）:

? Perform daily payment application to AR system ( ARCS, LARS)

根据客户付款凭证，在财务应收帐款系统里进行日常核销工作

? Perform daily AR General Entry preparation and post

日常应收帐款凭证编制和录入

? Control and reconcile a/r figures and ensure a balance between AR system and GL entries.

完成应收帐款系统和总帐系统之间的帐务调节工作

? Correct and adjust payment o accurate account number and invoice number in AR system based on authorized information to reduce customer’s complaint

根据调帐依据，在系统里进行调帐，以减少客户的投诉

? Report exceptions to A/R Lead

及时汇报日常工作中遇到的问题给应收帐款组长

? Monthly update bad debt expense in AR system

月度坏账费用录入

? Monthly write off outstanding A/R and unapplied within tolerance

月度坏账和未达帐项调整

? Apply short-paid items that fall within tolerance

客户在规定金额内的短款处理

? Provide timely response to customer enquiries on AR information

回复客户应收帐款问题咨询

Experience（岗位要求）：

? 1 to 2 years related working experience, preferably in Express or Transportation industry

一到两年工作经验，有物流或者快递行业经验者优先。

? Good business mind

良好的商业头脑

? Hard-working and good communication skills and telephone manner

工作努力勤奋，有良好的沟通能力和基本的电话礼仪常识

? Working independency and attention to detail

能独立完成工作，仔细认真

? Good command of English in both writing and reading

英语读写能力良好
