岗位职责：
1、根据公司的战略计划、业务规划、经营方针和经营形式，寻找和开拓具有良好市场环境的目标市场
2、参与公司管理，全面提升公司的品牌和形象
3、主持、推动关键管理流程和规章制度的建设，规范内部管理，及时进行组织和流程的优化调整
4、协助总经理进行专业化管理及提高公司专业管理水平、服务质量和员工素质，从而不断提高公司的社会效益和经济效益；
任职资格：
1、统招本科及以上学历；
2、有五年以上工作经验；
3、具有建筑装饰行业及客户服务类相关工作经验者优先；
4、工作认真负责，踏实细心，沟通能力强；
5、能很好地解决各类突发事件。
