5.Security management to staff’s production; production equipment and staff security in prozone; establishing safety training system; safety provision management
员工生产安全管理; 前区生产设备安全及人员安全; 建立健全完整的安全培训体系; 安全设施管理

6.Coordinate transport trolley with AG. Dept. during production period; manage the vehicles in field; logistics management and finished goods MC (management&control )to sales Dept.; coordinate the production quality complaint with food security Dept..
生产期间与农业部协调运输车辆的排产; 车辆的现场管理; 销售部门的物流及成品管控; 与食品安全部门的产品质量投诉协调等

7.The daily grind or job designed by highed-up
日常工作和上级安排的其他工作 10%。

1.Totally understand the key points, quality control and requirement to manufacturing technique; operate production system well

能完全了解生产的工艺重点, 质量控制及要求; 生产体系的良好运行

2. Staff management, efficiency progressed, staff distributed rationally; counsellor’ position skill improved; training

员工的管理，效率之提升，人员配置合理，辅导员工的岗位技能提升; 培训

3. Have a good communicative and coordinated ability, have a good relationship with related Dept.s then work smoothly

4.Have a strong security consciousness, prevent the accident protential, have a training for stall about safety, fireproofing and ecectric shock

有较强的安全意识，防范事故隐患，并做好员工的安全，防火，触电的培训

5.Highschool or secondary technical education

高中或中专技术以上文化程度

6.Basic management experience more than 3 years to poultry slaught

3年以上肉鸡屠宰行业基层管理经验
