Job Description:

1. Develop China product strategy and roadmap to support overall business growth objectives
2. Collect in-depth voice of customer and consumer to understand customer needs and market trend
3. Lead competitive product analysis and develop clear value proposition and unique selling points for Anchor products
4. Lead NPD projects and work with cross function team to ensure gating targets and commercialization
5. Develop the project brief for localisation and commercialisation of the initiative (work with BD team)
6. Work with other marketing and sales team to drive successful new product commercialization

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Food Science or engineering background, and MBA is a plus;
2. 10yr experience on B2B product management and new product development with MNC
3. Excellent communication skills in English
