Responsibilities

1. Developing and building the business relationship with target clients.

2. Building and maintaining regular cooperation with trustee.

3. Collecting information of new pension fund client and making marketing program.

4. Works closely with client's treasury and investment management personnel.

5. Effort to provide continuous services to target clients.

Requirements

1. Thorough understanding of Asset Management business.

2. Profound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets and the products and services, especially those offered by Asset Management Department.

3. Understanding the client's investment behavior and orientation.

4. Familiar with knowledge of social insurance.

5. Customer-oriented mentality, passionate for the sales job, effective communicator.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy.

7. Self-confident & energetic.

8. Solid sales related experience in multinational companies, preferably having involved in institutional sales for securities firm's asset management business or for fund companies.

9. Over 3 years of experience, master degree in relevant majors, preferably an MBA from renowned universities.

10. Rich customer resources in the central or local state-owned enterprises.
