职位描述:
【岗位职责】
1、通过电话与潜在客户建立联系,销售公司服务(无需外出);
2、公司将提供潜在客户资源,员工无需自行开拓客户资源。
【岗位要求】
1、中专及以上学历,可接受应届毕业生;
2、乐观积极,善于承受压力;
3、具备良好的人际沟通和口头表达能力,普通话标准;
4、学习能力强、工作积极主动、有团队合作精神;
5、金融证券、市场营销专业或有电话营销、咨询、客服经验者专业优先考虑;
6、乐于从事销售以及客户服务相关工作,具备良好的客户服务意识,良好的自我激励能力。
【薪资福利】
1、基本工资:1800(无责任底薪)- 2500(根据每月绩效浮动),收入参考:3000-5000元;
2、工龄工资:入职在司工作满6个月后每月增加相应工龄工资,后每满1年增加相应工龄工资;
3、业绩提成:根据当月业绩结合各部门提成比例发放月业绩提成;
4、绩效工资:根据部门总体业绩水平考核发放;
5、社会保险+住房公积金:依据本地劳动法规为员工缴纳社会保险+住房公积金;
6、商业保险:员工转正后将享受商业保险福利,确保出行安全。

1、培训:定期安排岗位培训;
