PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）

* To assist the area business manager to plan and develop wholesales and retail sales channels in the area
* To assist the area business manager to prepare detailed plan for Selling in/Selling through
* To train, lead and manager promoters to reach sales target
* To assist the area business manager to manage the warehouse
* To assist the area business manager and marketing manager for promotion plans and activities
* To give guidance to sales executives for product exhibition in stores in the region
* To assist the area business manager for promoters hiring, training and store arrangement
* To collect sales information about competitors and provide feedback to area business manager
* To prepare weekly sale-in, sell-through and collection report
* To assist the area business manager for defining training needs for staff, trade partner, maintenance, installation and promoters
* Any assignments from area business manager

Knowledge & Skill (知识技能要求)

* Three year experience in sales
* Familiar with the city market
* The ability to sell washers through different channels directly or indirectly
* Capable of developing /planning market and sales
* Ability to supervise sales executives and promoters
* Ability to plan, promote, sell and exhibition arrangement
* Good at technical and process information statistics
* Good communication and negotiation skill
